My journey began when Pilates became the key to healing my own chronic lumbar pain. Those life-changing results fueled a deep commitment to the Classical Pilates method and a desire to help others move without limits.


I love working with people of all ages, shapes, and abilities. My approach is supportive and hands-on, with careful attention to form, alignment, and what your body needs that day—so you can feel stronger, move more comfortably, and thrive in the body you have.

Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me hiking with my family, cooking, or working on my latest craft project. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your movement journey.
