Policy

Usage & Validity Policy

All packages must be used within the validity period. Expired sessions will not be extended.
If you are unable to attend classes due to business travel, vacation, or temporary circumstances, you may apply for one extension only.
Extension requests must be submitted before the package expiration date.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

Class cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be deducted from your package.
All sessions within a package must be completed before the expiration date. Unused sessions after expiration will be considered forfeited.
Members who are unable to maintain a fixed weekly schedule will be charged at the single-session rate.
Non-fixed schedule members will not receive priority booking over fixed-schedule members.
